Data collection mainly on the company's website includes: full name, email, phone number, and address of the Guest. This is mandatory information that the company requires Guests to provide when submitting a booking and for the company to contact and re-confirm with Guests on the website to ensure consumer rights.
Guests will be solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality and storing all activities using the service under the information provided and their personal email mailbox. In addition, Guests are responsible for promptly notifying the company's website of any unauthorized use, abuse, or breach of security, including third-party retention of registration names and passwords, so that appropriate measures can be taken.
2. Scope of Information Use
The company uses the information provided by Guests to:
- Provide services and information through our website as requested by the Customer;
- Notify about company activities, provide service-related information, and assist Customers;
- Use the information provided by Customers to support Customer management and identify user demographics to customize the website to best suit Customers;
- Register Guests to become a member of the Resort;
- Help Guests plan and book rooms/services at the Resort;
- Send emails to Guests regarding promotional offers or special programs of ours;
- Answer questions or suggestions from Guests;
- Improve the quality of your visits to our website;
- Contact and resolve matters with Guests in special circumstances;
- Not use Guests' personal information for purposes other than confirmation and contact related to transactions at the company;
- Comply with requests from judicial authorities including: Procuracy, court, and police investigative agency regarding any unlawful conduct of the Guest.
3. Information Retention Period
Guests' personal data will be stored until a request for cancellation is submitted to the management board. Otherwise, in all cases, Guests' personal information will be securely kept on the company's server.

5. Means and Tools for Guests to Access and Edit Their Personal Data
Guests have the right to self-check, update, adjust, or cancel their personal information by contacting the company's website management board to execute this.
Guests have the right to submit complaints regarding the disclosure of personal information to the website management board of the company. Upon receiving these feedbacks, the company will re-confirm the information; depending on the severity of the reported issue, the company will take timely handling measures.
6. Commitment to Protecting Customers' Personal Information

The company management is not responsible for and will not handle any complaints related to the rights of a Guest if it is deemed that all personal information provided by that Guest during initial registration was inaccurate.
